What is the turn-around time for stickers? TOP

Most sticker orders will print and ship within 10 days of receiving payment. If you have me custom design a sticker for you then it can take up to 2 weeks for the order to ship.

Will you send proofs of my items? TOP

YES & NO

Basically, if you order a sticker that is already designed in my shop and you do not ask to see a proof I will NOT send one. If you order a custom items (i.e. logo, business card, custom sticker, etc) then I WILL email you with proofs until you LOVE the design.

What is the turn-around time for CUSTOM items? TOP

Custom items will generally be completed within 2 weeks of placement of the order. Some items take much less time and some take a little more depending on the needs of the customer and the number of revisions that are made. If you need a better time-frame please feel free to email me with what you need and I will get back with you.

How are my items packaged/shipped? TOP

I ship all items first-class USPS in stiff document mailers for protection. If you would like me to ship priority or faster please contact me for pricing BEFORE placing your order.

How long will it take for me to receive my items after you ship? TOP

This cmpletely depends on where you live. I live near Dallas so shipments to TX can take a day or two (after I ship) for you to receive them. Other areas of the country generally take less than a week. Canada and other international orders can take longer than a week and vary each time I ship.

Please know that the only control I have is when I bring your orders to the Post Office. Beyond that I am not responsible for how long the package takes to get to you. If you have concerns about your order please contact me and I will tell you everything I can about when/if it shipped and what we can do if the order is lost.

Can I have an order rushed? TOP

YES! If you need an order printed and shipped faster than my normal turn-around time (10 days) that is not a problem. Just send me an email BEFORE placing your order so I can get the details of how quickly you need them. There may be a fee for extremely rushed orders.

What methods of payment do you accept? TOP

PAYPAL. At this time I only accept paypal. Even if you do not want to sign up for an account you can still pay with a credit card through paypal so it is easy for anyone to use.

Where do you ship? TOP

EVERYWHERE!! I will ship anywhere in the world. Shipping costs will adjust based on where you live.
